Garry writes: I meant the 10 blow bend at the end of Whammer , put on the end of Rockin Robin has the same effect audience wise...they love those high notes. The only other change I made in our version of Rods Rockin Robin is when the line "love to hear the robin go tweet tweet tweet" comes around in the melody, I do the tweets as very quick 9 blow bends.(not everytime) Then rush back to the 3 hole for the chorus. Its such a natural thing to do in that song , I'm surprised Rod doesnt do it. Actually showed a guy how to do 9, 10 blow bends by telling him to say/think tweet tweet tweet. Its the right tongue mouth move, at least for me.
Hope that clears it up Ray
