Subject: CX-12 mouthpiece

My "Toni III" wholetone chromatic was designed to address those
shortcomings of the CX-12 design. It looks like a "CX-10" but its
mouthpiece is much narrower, only 1.3 cm at the front gradually tapering up
to 3.0 cm at the rear of the harp. And althouth it looks like a "CX", like
Seigfried's CB-16's its straight, not cross-positioned, and has a very
short stroke.

To tell you the truth, I think we may have gone a little overboard on the
narrow profile. It's now so narrow that I find the harp sometimes slipping
TOO far into my mouth. Next time I think I'd make the profile a little higher.
