You simply roll your tongue into a U - shape and block out the holes on either
side of the hole you are playing with your tongue. Of course, you have to be
able to roll your tongue which is genetic - not everyone can do it and it can't
be learned.

This is my favorite embouchure. I find it very easy to switch from U to TB (my
tongue is already on the harp.) I don't think there is anything that can be done
with a pucker that can't be done with a U. I have no problems bending,
overblowing, overdrawing, etc. (well - a little trouble overdrawing sometimes
but I'm getting much better and in time, should become more consistent). Try it
- - if you can roll your tongue.
