Yes. When the sides of my rolled up tongue are blocking the adjacent holes, the
tip is free to move around to do tongue articulations, flutters, etc. Certainly
I still to use TB for many techniques but I'm not aware of anything that I
would need to pucker for. I even kiss my wife with a U-block. ;-)
