Butterfield played upside down, because he said he just didn't know
better...the late _great_ William Clarke played the Chro upside down, but the
short harp numbers up...and Levy is numbers down too, I think...anyone hear
any differences, because I don't really hear any advantages/disadvantages;
mostly just the way they learned, I'd guess.
