Subject: Astatic JT30VC v CAD HM50VC

I currently own a JT 30VC for over 4 years and have just bought a CAD
HM50VC. I have tested both back to back through the same amp with the
same settings and i notice that the CAD seems to feed back a little more
than the Astatic. From my knowledge they are exactly the same mics. Does
the CAD need a break in period as it is new or is it a slight variance
in the crystal. Comments appreciated
