Truly depends on what you mean by an accurate tuning. I've re-tuned
and had custome-tuned some harp-reeds to microtones off the 23
increments of the diatonic splectrum, way off even those some
would say should be PROPERLY numbered 8 ... .

Just a goodly tuner and a tempermental tinker.

If you blow sweet ona cheap Hero Tremolo and ne'er retune
where's the rub? Only on the chin or shin of the questioning
lad me does herein respond to, I s'pose.
