Well Doug,
That's a crying shame! I have no association with the product besides that of "satisfied user". Suggest sending email to its author (address is on his web pages somewhere). I corresponded with him when I first got the program and found him to be an e-personable guy (personable in cyberspace). At that time, he made his money as a door-boy in a hotel, so it might well be that he has not upgraded to '98 himself. As to the voice, maybe it's his voice. Probably that's the first thing you should talk to him about .
