Subject: Bending a note

Hello folks,

I just started playing harmonica a few weeks ago and I am curious about how to
bend a note. I taught myself to play on a G tuned harmonica and I use the
tongue-blocking method. I would appreciate some suggestions because I have
absolutely no idea how to go about this. Thanks.
