Subject: American Ace

I found somebody selling these on Ebay, going fairly inexpensive ($7-$8
including shipping) I looked around at all the harp retailers on the web
to compare price...but didn't find anybody with that model.

I suppose Hohner, like most manufacturers, doesn't sell the all the same
models in all markets. Is this equivalent to something else more familiar?
Is it a reasonable beginner harp? Piece of junk?

Also, can anyone recommend a decent octave harp?
