I got me a cheapo Big John chromatic made in China by EV...... Anybody ever heard of EV? I'd say it's a cheap meisterklasse chrom immitation but with a plastic comb and 12 holes. Rather thin reeds but properly valved . Damn airtight due to the way the mouthpiece is connected to the comb (plastic of comb between reedplate and mouthpiece). Very, very short traveling slide. Would be a great harp if it had better reeds. Came in a very posh looking padded box. Paid a 114 guilders ($63) for it.
OK friends, on my way to Amsterdam for band practice, to sell some gear and order me a diatonic accordeon.
