We had the problem of every one getting way to loud also,,,we finally realized it was the bass that starts it , he was secretly (like we wouldnt notice) turning his volume up , and that started a chain reaction...so we fired him, got a new one and now I believe this is the best band I ever been in.It was hard to figure it out at first, but now even our most powerfull hard rocking stuff , is done at a reasonable level and sounds much better this way......Ron http://members.aol.com/harp1119/harp.html
