Subject: Herings/MS plates fit MB's?

Are all Hering Blues diatonics put together w nuts and bolts to facilitate
disassembly and gasketing?
What's a Hering Rythm Blues? A Hering Super 20?
What's the cheapest place to buy Herings? (Mike Quill's site indicates
only a couple of mail order places carry them, and not the entire lines.)
My friend, fellow harpL'er Rob P., and I have custom MB diatonics w chromed
brass combs (C key) that need work. (Mine has only 1 bad reed - 4 hole
blow.) The orig. nails have been replaced w bolts & nuts. Will Hohner
modular system plates fit as a way for me to replace the blow MB plate? Or
do I need to buy a new MB, dissassemble it, and use the new plate, drilling
new holes in the new plate?
