I'm not familiar with that particular amp, but any vintage, low powered,
EL84 amp with a 10" speaker is probably gonna make a great souding harp
amp. $190 does seem a bit high for an off brand amp such as a Belltone,
offer him considerably less, he may take it. Belltones aren't in demand
the way old Fender or even Gibson amps are.
