Subject: Re: Mick Jagger Harmonica

It seems like the entire British invasion had harp players - The Yardbirds,
Them, the Beatles, the Who, and a couple of other groups around Mayall and
Canned Heat; sorry I can't remember, but I inhaled.

Rob Paparozzi was right about Huey Lewis and that Majic Dick should not be
mentioned in the above harp dabblers group, he is a real harp player! as is
Norton Buffalo.

But I do not recall hearing Jagger blow harp on the early stuff, just much
later ala Aerosmith. When Sugar Blue studied with me, he had just played
on a Stones tune and Randy Hennes had just done a Blondie cut because I
remember that they talked about it at the lessons.

When did Jagger start?

Harmonically yours,

BONFIGLIO

P.S.- Country has Clint Black and Brooks and Dunn.
