Subject: bending

I play the harp for two days now (everything has a start...). I bought a
Hohner Blues Harp in C.
However, I already tried the bending today. It was easy to get the Db on
1 and Db on 4. But how will I reach the Bb, A and Ab on 3 for example?
Can anybody give a goo advise in bending (except of lots of
practising...)?
