I have a chance to buy a '71 Bassman. What I am wondering is how much
difference there is between the different models over the years (inc. the
RI). I looked in the archives, but it was hard to define a search that
would give me what I wanted to know. I know the 59 Bassman is like the
"Holy Grail" of Bassmans, but can anyone tell me why, and where would this
'71 fit into the hierarchy? Maybe there is a website with this info? Any
help would be greatly appreciated. By th way, the guy wants $250 for this
amp. Is that fair. Thanks...Scott.
