Yeah, I cought that show, too. It's a good thing I like Emeril so much to wait about an hour into the show to see Charlie! The chops looked great (I wish I could find chops THAT think in the grocery stores around here!), and Charlie's singing was great, too. I wish he'd performed more on the harp than he did. And I was straining to see if he was using a Lee Oskar or a Hering diatonic. I never could get a good enough look to tell.
