I found listed in the Collectors' Choice catalog, July issue, a new CD described as Borrah Minevitch & His Harmonica Rascals / Jerry Murad's Harmonicats: Peg O' My Heart & Other Harmonica Favorites. Thinking it may be an album with limited selections, and no doubt primarily the Harmonicats rather than the Rascals, I had to have it regardless. It arrived today, and I am astounded, to say the least.
With 18 selections by the Rascals, and 4 by the Harmonicats, it is a real collector's item. It even gives the recording dates of all the Rascals' selections.
It is item number DSMBG01122-CD, listed at $19.95 plus shipping. However, since I was in such a hurry to receive it, I ordered it from their website, and was amazed to find it listed at only $14.95 plus $3.95 shipping.

It is on the Jasmine label, number JASCD-112, from Jasmine Records in London, and made in the Czech Republic. Of course all the selections were originally released as 78 rpm records, but the CD has an exceptionally clean reproduction.
