Actually, I didn't have to do much work at all, since Rich Drinkard,
technical staff at garply, spent 3-4 days without sleep in order to
get garply back up again. We do seem to be back up again, and the
only lingering effects are the loss of 5 or so digests, the digest
headers no longer lists the authors of messages, and newly changed
passwords don't work on the web pages. I've looked into the digest
headers with no success, so I'll try fixing the web pages next.

Thanks again to the workers and other harp-l-ers for helping out
during the outage,
