Subject: 2nd hole bend

Hi
I have a problem that I tryed to solve by reading harp-l archives and came with no solution.
I can bend 1st and 3rd hole, but I have a problem with 2nd hole.
On 2nd hole I get my first degree bend (Gb) but cant get second degree (F).

I heard advices to try to draw the air so I could feel it with the back of my mouth, or to lower my tounge down to my chin, but this way I get to the first degree
bend.
Now sometimes, when I almost suffocate with my toung, I reach second bend, but later I cant reproduce it. My second question is : must I force my reeds with
practice, so they would produce the bend. Like, if I'm trying to bend, I would loosen the reeds and afer 6 months get the bend. (this would be one of those
'warming up' questions).
