Subject: Amps and Expensive harps...

I've just been out window shopping the music stores.

I got a shock when I went to order a Low F Lee Oskar. They've gone up in
price from about NZ$33 to NZ$40 ! Gees. The shop attendants say its due to
the exchange rate. So the mail order companies are looking even sweeter.

I also asked them about tube amps which they usually don't have. But they
did this time and I thought I'd ask you guys for some feedback. "Lanely" I
think is the brandname, tube amp. two feet wide, foot and a half high.
Controls were for Treble, bass, two volume, and a couple of others. And at
least one input and output standard jacks. NZ$600 new. Looks just like any
other standard solidstate amp from the front. Any clues out there ?
