Don't know of an existing arrangement, but our band used to
do it really, really straight and corny for the first time
through, me playing it in straight harp... (we did it in F,
I think). For the second round we bluesified and swung the
beat... and I switched to crossharp (Bb harp) and it worked
to great effect.
