I have repeatedly (over the years) heard fellow harp players express a
strong affinity for Bb harps. This makes me very curious. It seems to
be a common preference. I personally don't "hear" anything special in
the timbre or pitch or tonal qualities of Bb harps. Whit Patrick's
comments on barbershop quartets is interesting! Anyone else hear
something special about Bb harps?
