Subject: Barrett's Teacher Accreditation Program

I'm considering taking David Barrett's Teacher Accredidation Program
this summer in New York. One of my harp buddies is already enrolled,
and if I go we can drive up together and split a hotel room.

I've never taken the Masterclass, and I don't own any of Barrett's
books (I have looked at one, and I was impressed). Has anyone on harp-l
taken this training, or is Barrett just starting it this year? What
does certification get you? I assume some of the people who finish this
course will go on to teach future Masterclass courses. But can it help
you get work as a teacher in other places?

This year I'm planning to go to either the accreditation program, or
Blues Week in Augusta. I'm kind of leaning towards the accreditation
program, since I'll only have to take two days off.
