Subject: Bias bassman

I have the directions for the bias pot for a bassman.
My friend and I can put this in no problem and set the
initial voltage before biasing. Does anyone know at
which point I should measure the current draw? I have
been told it should be about 45mA. I understand the process
is explained in Webers first book on page 101. Don't have
a copy.
