Dear Harpers
I have just purchased 'The Best of Slim Harpo' (Ace Records CDCHM 410, recording owned by Excello Records, Copyright 1989 Rhino Records) but am frustrated beyond belief as most of the songs fade out on harp solos. Fading out riles me at the best of times but this annoys me so much that I can barely play the cd.
Does anyone out there know if all his collections/recordings were produced in this manner? If not please could you let me know which ones are available.
