It may be more productive to re-focus this thread to its core subject; that is, "perfect pitch" and specific experience/knowledge in getting to it, or near it; information that may also benefit the rest of us, given the wide variety of perception and reception of specific or general methodologies. If the discussion is limited to dismissing or discrediting someone else's chosen approach, then it's truly limited, and no more productive than saying "I don't like tongue-blocking". Okay. Fine. Then don't do it. And no need to advise against it; or insist that others "really must" do it.
