A tune I've been working on lately that makes me work the 3 draw pretty well is "Under a Blanket of Blue." I play it in 4th position on an Ab harmonica, and the first note of the opening phrase is a 3draw bent two half-steps and it lands on the three draw bent one half step (you start running up an Fm7 and land coming onto a Bb7#5).
The rest of the song is quite fun to blow on. You also get some nice three draw work on the bridge.
