Subject: ADMINISTRATIVE: Digest Users!!!

Hi Digest Users!

OK, I am going to remind you, again, to remember to give your posts
subject headings that refer to the original thread! This is
particularly important for those of us who use and search the archives
for information as well as a polite gesture to everyone who is
following the threads themselves.

When you reply to the digest your e-mail software automatically brings
up the subject line: Re: harp-l-digest V(something) #(something). You
can change this by clicking your cursor into this box, typing over the
subject heading and replacing it with one of your own. If you are
replying to a post, try to use the subject heading that the original
post does. This can be found at the top portion of each message
listed on the digest. The information area at the top of each
individual message tells you who wrote the message and what the
subject heading is. You can just copy the subject heading directly
from the digest.

If you are starting a new post or sending a post unrelated to other
threads you can compose your own subject heading. The correct address
for posting is harp~arply.com. Just compose a new e-mail addressed
to harp~arply.com and put in a subject heading of your own. You do
not need to reply to a digest in order to get a post through to the
list.

Anyway, that's it for my reminders right now. However, if you have a
question or two still, please feel free to e-mail me at
newcal~acbell.net or m.poles~eriaon.net OR send an e-mail to
harp-l-worke~arply.com where a true expert can answer your question
;-). Have fun!!!
