A tip for digest users - find the subject of the particular message you're replying to, highlight it (hold the LEFT mouse button as you scan the pointer over it), hit CTL-C, move the cursor to the subject field of your reply, highlight the DIGEST reply, and hit CTL-V. Type "Re: " (Capital "R", lowercase "e", colon, space - these are computer fields and format is important) in front (or just leave the original) and you're in business. ================================================================ that's great, but it only works on certain types of hardware (pc's, not unix machines, or mac's really well) and only with certain types of software (doesn't work at all in Pine)....
Your idea is a great one that I agree with, but be careful about what solutions work for which body of email clients/hardware/software.
