Subject: Carey Bell

I wasn't too surprised to hear that Bell wouldn't sign your harp. Though
he's autographed harps for me in the past, he seems to be a pretty cranky
person overall. Not to mention that he could barely stand at the end of the
night from too much drinking. He's still one of my favorite harp players,
but on a personal level he seems to have a huge chip on his shoulder. I've
met a lot of my favorite harp player "heroes" including Cotton, Musselwhite,
Popper, Wilson, Harman and they've all treated me with utmost respect as a
fellow musician. All except Carey Bell.
