Everybody in my area tells me how great I am. I accept their complements
out
of respect, but I know I have a long way to go. I have reached a plateau
and
need blunt, honest criticism in order to grow. I put together a little
instrumental. If you have the time, download it (3.5Mb) and let me know

think--on- or off-list does not matter. No need to sugar coat. Just be
honest and
