Subject: Budget home recording studio wiring

Subject line says it all... I have 4 components to wire up:
1) Mixing board, cheap 4 channel from Radio Shack; keyboard, guitar,
mic, and a spare channel.
2) Computer; sound card, cd.
3) Tuner/amplifier, typical A/V jacks.
4) Tape deck

How can I best wire this stuff together, for the most versatility?

Harp content: Try the sax parts of "I got my mind on you" by George
Harrison... Not hard, very satisfying...
