I don't think so. Even though they are criminals, they do have the right to get some relief. I remember that the "Mojo Blues Band", one of our top-bands here in austria, once played at a prison on switzerland. At the beginning of the show Erik Trauner, the bandleader, said the probably stupidest thing he could, although it would have been OK at a regular location. He got on stage and said: "Hi ! Thanks to all of you for coming here tonight......" I think that's kind of funny.
