Delta Style Blues man John Weston was born on this day in 1927. Weston
plays harmonica on a neckbrace and has been performing since the 1970's
after harmonica player Willie Cobbs urged him to take up music as a
profession.

English guitar, mandolin and harmonica player Ray Jackson was born on this
day in 1948. Jackson has played with Chris DeBurgh, Lindisfarne, Peter
Hamill and others.

Zydeco pioneer Clifton Chenier died on this day in1987. Chenier's main
squeeze was the accordion, but he could also play the harmonica from time to
time.
